  Wow, Matt is an amazing instructor! Tried his class via ClassPass so I didn’t know what to expect but he made me sweat and was great at helping each of us make modifications, as needed. He is high energy and demonstrates all the exercises so it is easy to follow along and if you get lost he quickly helps you out. Highly recommend his class!
