  Michelle has been one of the best pilates teachers I’ve ever had !!!!! I had been dealing with bad posture and hip pain since giving birth and she was the best choice for my post partum journey. Her practice is tailored specifically to your goals and is challenging while being therapeutic. Since taking her classes my hip pain has ceased and the mindfulness to my body has returned.   I’ve been doing pilates for over 8 years and there is no one like Michelle. It wasn’t until a session with her that I began to truly find my core and really understand the meaning of deep core exercises and breathing. I was so nervous after having a baby that my core would never be the same. Thankfully my core is better than ever thanks to Michelle. She tailors every session to help meet and exceed goals. She strives to understand everyone’s needs and necessities in their personal life’s and jobs to see how she can better structure your session. I could write pages on how great she is.   Whether you’re new to pilates or want to improve form/work on something specific, I HIGHLY recommend sessions with Michelle. I have been consistently doing pilates classes for over a year and was looking for more one on one support to perfect my form. Michelle was one of my favorite instructors at the studio so when she told me she was doing privates I jumped at them. Michelle is one of the most thoughtful instructors I’ve ever worked with. She really takes the time to understand where your body is at, assess your strengths and weaknesses and tailor each session to something specific for you. Not only is she a great instructor, she has become a great friend. She has such positive energy, I always look forward to my sessions to not only do pilates but also chat and catch up with her. I’ve noticed a huge difference since working one on one with her. I’m more aware of my body and form not only while doing pilates but just in general. Can’t say enough great things about her!!!!!
