  Love my days off! I come here to rest and reset for my work week. I instantly relax in the calming setting of this place . My favorite is to start my morning off with Yoga at 9a.m , foot soak, and book the infrared sauna for afterwards, shower off in their shower and end with a massage or facial! The employees are always warm and inviting.

  All of the staff and therapists are amazing. They provide a warm welcome and treat you like family. I have never had a disappointing experience. Top that off with a pre-treatment foot soak and a beverage.
