I’ve been coming to redflo since they opened and can not get enough. Maneli is the BEST and such an incredible teacher. The studio is inclusive and inviting, everyone is so kind. The red light panels are amazing & make the classes that much more special & healing. I can not recommend red flo enough!!

Redflo Yoga in La Jolla is a very special place. I’ve been practicing here since it was Sol Yoga back in 2015, and it’s been beautiful to witness its evolution while still holding onto the same soul and intention that made it so meaningful in the first place. Maneli, the owner, is carrying that legacy forward with such grace. There is a quiet devotion in the way she leads, and it’s reflected in the space, the community, and the energy of every class. This studio has become a sacred space for so many of us, a place to return to, to rebuild, to expand, and to simply be. The teachers each bring something truly special: Maneli is a deeply inspiring teacher with a powerful story. Her classes have a transformative quality, both physically and personally. She leads with purpose and presence, and you feel it in every moment on the mat. Nancy offers restorative and myofascial release classes that feel like a return to yourself. There is an intuitive softness in her teaching that stays with you long after class ends. Chandler weaves together different yogic traditions with a voice and presence that feels almost musical. Her classes are immersive and beautifully held. You will leave feeling restored, and ready to face the world with renewed faith. Jen brings a rare harmony of strength and elegance. Her sequencing is intelligent and empowering, and her classes leave you feeling both grounded and uplifted. Malinda teaches with such ease and joy. Her understanding of anatomy and movement makes everything feel accessible, supported by thoughtful music and a lightness that carries through the room. Kacey is a newer presence and already unforgettable. There is something captivating about the way she holds space, where time softens and you fully drop into the experience. Redflo is a studio to support and cherish. It is a space that continues to offer presence, care, and depth to everyone who walks through its doors.
