  Horrible customer service. Years ago, they were amazing. Now the corporate machine has taken over. I had unexpected medical issues, broke my foot and pinched nerve. I thought they would extend classes beyond 30 days- they didn’t. I should have canceled my membership long ago. I assumed they would pause for medical. 4 months of lost fees. Be careful.

  Weird business indeed . I filled out their form online and clearly marked no phone calls and asked a try out class . I got an email that said I was booked. Then one hour before that class I got another email that my class was cancelled . It turns out they were harassing me few times with calls and I don’t answer random calls. I guess it was expected for me to call them. Then started harassing me with texts . I never seen that before . I don’t think I will be booking with them.
