  After doing some more research in my yoga network…apparently these instructors aren’t even certified with the YogaSix education model? Owner gossips about members in staff in front of new members / drop ins while there are customers in the lobby…gross. Also no shower.

  Fantastic instructors and classes. Hot mat Pilates on Fridays with Sarah is phenomenal. Solid workout and a great way to sweat it out before the weekend. Kickass playlist too. And as always, the cold lavender towels are the best way to end the class!!
