  Nicole was awesome, I hadn’t done a yoga class in a very long time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We also got to experience the sound bath which I loved. Enjoyed her pace, how she instructed, and the vibe.

  My first and best sound bath lol. Nicole and the other instructors/guides were great and very intentional with the environment and sound bath itself. It was also located in a mattress store which was also a huge plus. Highly recommend.

  I attended the sound experience at a mattress store with Nicole and a few other practitioners, and I loved it! They did an excellent job of setting the mood, introducing themselves and sharing what the session would be, and then executing the session itself. I was very impressed with the experience that was delivered, it was much more and higher level than what I was expecting when I walked in. I would definitely do one of these again!
