  I had a killer workout at Bodyrok Delmar . That was my first class with Lexe at Delmar ( I went to her classes at thr new studio in Delmar and she was amazing . She is incredibly motivating while still keeping the atmosphere focused. Her instructions are very clear and direct ( as sometimes I might feel lost with all the directions on the reformer ) . She made it so easy to stay engaged with proper form throughout the class. I left feeling strong, centered and pleasantly sore :) . I can not wait to take more classes with her :)

  My absolute favorite workout. I’ve been going for 5yrs now and love it. All of the teachers are amazing, it’s such a kick ass (literally) workout and despite having been doing this for years, the classes are still so hard (in a good way).
