Naya Pilates Studio

I took a reformer class at Arumi Moves and genuinely loved it. I went in as a beginner, slightly nervous and fully prepared to feel lost, and that did not happen at all. From the second I walked in, Arumi made me feel welcome and capable, not behind. She explains things clearly, demos what you need, and keeps the energy calm and encouraging. The studio is intimate in the best way. Small class size means you get personalized attention without feeling called out or overwhelmed. She notices form, gives thoughtful adjustments, and makes sure you’re doing things safely and effectively. It feels supportive, not intense. And honestly, for how small the class is, it’s such a great value. You’re not just another body in a packed room. Arumi herself is so kind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants everyone to feel strong and confident, no matter their starting point. If you’ve been wanting to try reformer but feel intimidated, this is your sign. This is the kind of studio that makes you want to come back.

Arumi is so kind and welcoming. Her classes are challenging, always in a supportive way, so I feel comfortable and confident. She expertly guides her students through beginner, postpartum, injury and other modifications to ensure safety. Her home studio is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, bright, and such a lovely place to practice.

I’m a tough customer when it comes to Pilates classes, I’ve tried almost every studio in Austin, and Arumi is the best instructor I’ve ever had! Her studio is clean, cozy and professional. The music is at the perfect volume and she is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Jumpboard is my favorite, THE hardest class I’ve ever taken. Thank you Arumi!
