  Updating my review: Management reached out to me after my initial concern and took the time to address the situation. They were understanding, cancelled my membership, and processed my refund. My first class unfortunately didn’t go as expected, but I appreciate the instructors who checked on me after the incident and made sure I was okay before I left. I also appreciate management following up and working to resolve everything. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously and handling the situation professionally.
