Soma Reform Pilates & Wellness

I am OBSESSED with Soma Reform. I have so much fun and joy at every class I attend. Reformer Pilates! Yoga! Cathartic dance! And pilates on the lake! I especially love the Embodyed dance classes and the outdoor offerings. Beyond the modalities, I love how much the studio focuses on making movement and wellness feel good for every body. The teachers offer clear instruction and are accommodating with modifications. Elli (the founder) really cares about each of her clients and their experiences, and it’s really refreshing to be a part of a studio whose founder is so committed to her mission of spreading movement and wellness.

Soma Re·form is without a doubt the most unique and inspiring wellness studio I have ever experienced and it has completely changed the way I think about fitness. The reformer Pilates classes are thoughtfully programmed, challenging yet accessible, and always leave you feeling genuinely stronger and more connected to your body rather than just exhausted. What sets Soma apart from every other studio in Austin is the incredible option to take classes outdoors right on Lady Bird Lake in Zilker Park, which transforms a great workout into something truly magical and unforgettable. The instructors are exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive and create an atmosphere that feels both grounding and uplifting at the same time. The community they have built here is warm and welcoming, making every visit feel like more than just a fitness class. If you are looking for a wellness experience in Austin that goes far beyond the ordinary, Soma Re·form is absolutely the place to be.
