I live so close to this location. I want to start my solid core journey, but all the starter50 classes are at inconvenient times, and you’re supposed to take 3-4 starter50 classes before you advance. This is hard when these intro classes are at 9:30pm on weeknights and 5:30pm on Saturdays.
I went here many times and could not get into it. The music is loud, the instructors yell so loud, the music is so loud, and they rush their transitions so much. I want a challenging workout, but it just feels like they move us in and out like cattle to take our money. Charge a little more and have fewer classes so you can pay your instructors better and they won’t be so stressed or irritable. As a newbie, I felt like an inconvenience to the instructor. I do not leave this workout feeling challenged and refreshed. I leave a stressful room at a business that wants me in and out on time.
Solidcore is really difficult in the best way! It is the perfect addition to my usual cardio routine. If you are looking to hard to work muscles-like your abs-this is the place!
