Great class with Tamryn! It was the perfect mix between challenging and traditional Pilates. I definitely was sore the next day, which for me is always the sign of a good Pilates class!!

Love this studio! It’s always clean and everyone is welcoming and professional. I had a great class with Tammy last week. She was easy to follow and motivated us the entire time! Will be back to check out another class soon!
