Yodega is great! So many great teachers, everyone has a little bit different style but I’ve enjoyed all the classes. I’m not a yoga expert and never once felt out of place in any class, even though I didn’t always know or get the poses right. Highly recommend!!

I love Yodega. Perfectly sized environment and cozy rooms, really inspiring instructors & there is no ego. Simple, yet perfect. Large variety of classes, you can really discover what you like. I love mixing up their sculpting classes with vinyasas throughout the week! I have recommended this place to all my friends.
