  I’ve attended yoga classes for more than 30 years, with many teachers. Andrea is exceptional in her knowledge, her ability to quickly assess an individual’s needs, and her ability to inspire. I recently had an individual session with her at JP Centre and the exercises she gave me has done more for me than the months of PT I had leading up to my session with her. Andrea is a gift on so many levels!

  Full disclosure: Andrea and I used to co-lead retreats. I'm also a yoga teacher. I know what it takes to be not just a good teacher but a great one. She is one of very few teachers I will take class with. She bring so much to her teaching: knowledge, wisdom, patience, playfulness and heart. Her asana work is among the most effective I've ever experienced; she understands the body incredibly well and knows exactly what to work and how and can work with a wide range of abilities, ages, injuries, conditions. She is also one of the most intuitive and wise people I know and she brings the wisdom born of those gifts to her teaching, making everyone feel welcomed, seen, heard and helped. It was a pleasure to watch her work and to be her student.
