SWETSTUDIO is a studio in Boston's South End where reviewers describe beginner-friendly aerial yoga, stretch and other classes. Alicia's aerial classes are mentioned repeatedly: she explains each pose and its benefits, keeps the pace manageable and makes newcomers feel seen while still encouraging them to trust their strength. Visitors on holiday and first-timers say they felt no judgement, even when limited by flexibility. A gentle stretch class with Bonnie and classes with Jennet and Khadija are also praised. One reviewer warns to be prepared for a challenge, and another says they left feeling more flexible and relaxed. Staff are described as nice. It suits beginners and visitors wanting to try something new.

Fun new experience. Be prepared for a challenge!!!
Although I wasn’t able to participate in all the moves, I still enjoyed my time here. This was due to my lack in flexibility! However, there was no judgement and felt totally comfortable here. My sister and I are from Buffalo, NY and were looking to do something new and exciting. We did a gentle stretch class with Bonnie as our trainer. We felt relaxed and definitely broke a nice sweat! We both picked affirmations out of their jar at the reception desk. Overall, we definitely recommend.
Had a great 1st time here and I had a great time. Jennet was great very awesome teacher.
