  Sarah, the yoga instructor, was absolutely amazing! My sisters and I came to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette week and her upcoming wedding, and this was such a beautiful experience. Sarah was super personable and came around to introduce herself to all of us. She was incredibly patient, kind, and walked us through every step. I felt so relaxed, refreshed, and calm afterward. I honestly wish I lived here because I would definitely be a regular! If you’re thinking about coming, whether you’re a woman or a man, definitely come and support this place! You won’t regret it.
