Puppy Yoga DC - 14th & U (Puppies Yoga)

Puppy Yoga DC - 14th & U is a puppy yoga venue in the Cardozo neighbourhood. Reviewers describe a gentle, relaxing session in which the yoga portion is beginner-friendly and puppies wander through the class. Staff are described as kind and accommodating, and mats are provided. One reviewer says the mats were cleaned and disinfected between classes and after any puppy accidents. Most reviewers call it a fun, relaxing way to spend a weekend afternoon, and puppies are said to be clearly well cared for. One reviewer felt cheated because the dog breed in the session differed from the one advertised for that week.

• Beginner-friendly gentle yoga
