I was really nervous to try FS8 as a newbie to Pilates, but have loved every class I’ve taken here! It’s the perfect mix of challenging but also restorative and feels like a great complement to my strength training routine. I was initially quite nervous that I wouldn’t be able to do all the exercises but I love that you can go at your own pace and all the trainers, especially Jeremy and Sharon, are so encouraging and attentive. I ended up purchasing a membership after seeing how much I enjoyed these classes!

I love the studio and the workout. I usually do reformer X or original. They offer free validation parking. BUT what is the best: the trainers Leah, Jeremy , Josh … all of them are amazing such a good energy, you leave sore but happy.

I’ve really been enjoying the classes with Leah, Jeremy, and Josh! They’re all great instructors and make the workouts easy to follow, especially if you’re new to this. I also really like that there are TVs in the studio so you can watch the movements while working out. The workouts are definitely challenging, but you can really feel that you’re getting a good workout every time. It’s a great way to get a lot done in a short amount of time. Really love this studio!!!!
