Ever since I’ve been spending Tuesday nights with my daughters under the blue lights I’ve felt myself getting so much stronger. The coaches are amazing and so encouraging. I appreciate them taking the time after class to answer any questions regarding the exercises and continue to support and encourage us on this SolidCore journey.
