  Was very excited to go, sadly was not worth the money for the event. Later was replied to by owner- To clarify the response…the goodie bag was on the cheaper side as the water bottle did not look like the flyer and none of the decorations stayed on due to the quality of the water bottle, some people even got different matches of socks to other people’s. Did not specify coffee and matcha drinks was not included. Seen owner grab their drink and walk into class 10 minutes before anyone else was ready to because it was “still being set up” very unprofessional. Very crowded for the amount of people I even recall accidentally laying on the person next to me hand even though I was on my mat and they were on theirs. Owner was on their phone most of the time not engaged with the class. Quality was not up to expectations for how much it cost anywhere else. Owner was not very welcoming like other studios where they get to know you and make it personable instead was more interested on their phone. I can pay less somewhere else and get multiple classes a month so that’s what I transitioned to do. Just clarifying for people who choose to spend their money wisely, and want to put it towards professional businesses.

  Very disappointed with this experience. I scheduled and confirmed the class directly with the owner through social media, showed up on time and no one was there. I waited around and never received any communication or update. Ended up wasting an hour of my time plus gas driving out there. I was also promised BOGO classes, but was never actually able to use them because I was told I still had to pay for additional classes just to reserve a spot. That completely defeats the purpose of offering a BOGO deal in the first place. Overall, the event classes are overpriced for the experience provided. Poor communication, disorganization and unprofessional handling of customers. *****The owner’s response is enough to ensure I will never return or recommend this business. Even after endless conversations regarding scheduling, the issues continued. What should have been a simple customer service matter turned into far more drama and effort than it should have required. Contrary to what was stated, I did attend one event and found it lacking for the price charged. But I chose to give this small business another chance and attempted to attend another. Yes, I received the cheap goodie bag (threw it away and didn’t take pics. Consisted of a cheap plastic bag, cheap plastic water bottle with stickers and ribbon) after I reached out. I was extremely sick and instead of requesting a refund for the event I could not attend, I asked for the goodie bag since I was already in the area and could pick it up. What is most frustrating is that I initially tried to use classes and promotions that were owed to me from previous purchase deals and was told they could not be applied to events. I then attempted to schedule regular classes, only to arrive and find no class taking place. After multiple conversations and only after this review was posted, I was suddenly encouraged to use the BOGO classes for events, despite previously being told that was not allowed. Scheduling also continued to change from week to week, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and drained by what should have been a simple customer experience. Rather than acknowledging the repeated communication and scheduling issues, the owner’s response seems focused on explaining them away. Based on my experience, I would not return and would encourage potential customers to carefully consider whether this is the type of business they want to support. After my experience, the lower ratings on ClassPass and Google make more sense to me.*****

  The cutest and best pink vibes! Yami the instructor was so knowledgeable on what she was teaching us all while guiding us and making sure we felt comfortable but still pushing us to our limits. Will say she definitely worked us out and runs a smooth class! Vibes are immaculate all around and who doesn’t love pink!
