Marisa has created a lovely community of Pilates Practic-ers. I look forward to my sessions every week in the comfortable space at Peace of Mind. The instructors are very knowledgeable and mindful of each persons ability.

I love Peace of Mind Pilates and cannot speak highly enough of Marisa as a Pilates instructor. She makes the exercises fun and is wonderful at explaining the movements to get you aligned correctly. I feel so amazing in my skin after her reformer classes and can't wait for more!
