Amazing Studio. Next-Level Instruction. This Is What GREAT Looks Like. If you’re even thinking about trying this new Pilates studio, stop scrolling and book a class. Seriously… it’s leaps and bounds better than any Pilates experience I’ve had elsewhere, including other studios here in Denver. First, the practical stuff people actually care about: PARKING It’s easy to get to, and parking is a non-issue (they have a parking lot in the back, plus plenty of street parking on St. Paul, Steele, and Colfax). SPACE & EQUIPMENT The space is so cute in a tasteful modern boho-chic way, and because it’s newly renovated, everything feels clean, open, welcoming, and brand new. BONUS: the equipment is new too, so you’re not walking in hoping you don’t get “that one machine.” WHERE THIS STUDIO WINS THE BIGGEST: INSTRUCTORS (Pilates People's superpower) This is the difference between a class that’s “good” and a class that actually makes you better. Warm and friendly, Jen and Georgia teach at a level that feels rare. They don’t just run you through a sequence, they coach you so every rep counts. They’re top-notch teachers with insanely clear cueing. They’ll tell you exactly what to do, what muscles to engage, and how to think about the movement so it clicks in your body. They’re also laser-focused on form and genuinely paying attention to each person, which means you get a safer workout and a better result from every rep. NEW TO PILATES? This is the perfect place to start because you’ll feel supported, not lost, and you’ll walk out feeling accomplished (not confused). EXPERIENCED? This is where you go to LEVEL UP because the instruction is that precise and that high-quality. Reformer, chair, all levels… this is what BEST-IN-CLASS looks like. FRIENDLY CHALLENGE: If you think your Pilates studio is good, take one class here with Georgia or Jen. I genuinely don’t know how you leave without your personal “excellence bar” getting raised. And you WILL be back.
