  Initially some issues came up when I tried to take the required tour to use the space when no one showed up for my scheduled tour and then I had difficulty getting into contact with any staff for several days, but eventually I was provided with an email and was able to find out that an online video tour was available. Today I was finally able to use the space and it was great and had everything I needed.

  Did a service call here and the owner was very easy to work with and appreciative!

  Uses AI for their phone lines. the concept is great but I've had a very frustrating time trying to get in contact with someone in a timely manner. If they get a real person to answer the phones ill gladly take the review down. V disappointed with the use of AI :(
