She takes you where you are, progress is measured in time, and the balance of strength, mobility, flexibility, posture, and physical balance steadily evolves. It's never too late to benefit, especially with someone of Vanessa's experience and skill.

Pilates by Ness is the best. Hands down my favorite place to get in shape and stretch. Vanessa is highly recommended and they have a reformer.
