HOTWORX - Denver, CO (LoHi)

I absolutely love HOTWORX! It's never crowded, so I can walk right in and get my session done. The infrared sauna workouts leave my skin glowing afterward There's nothing like how good my body feels after a deep sweat. It's become an essential part of my routine, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, feel-good workout!

DO NOT SIGN UP with this place! When I signed up, the franchise owner Amy makes all new members provide 2 forms of payment upon sign up ( I provided 2 different master cards). I had cancelled my membership paying out my balance in full in January, and still received recurring payments from February on. When I called Amy, she was unhelpful, claiming I only had an expired Visa on my account and she didn't see any other cards. So... what happened to my 2 master cards I provided in 2025 upon sign up? How is the OWNER mishandling confidential customer payment information, and not know why my cards are being charged? My husband also spoke to her about this matter, and during that conversation, she denied that I had ever provided two forms of payment... but this was required for all new members. She could not keep her story straight, be accountable, take ownership, nothing... she was audacious enough to note that I must have been "scammed". Update~May 2nd, 2026 I received another charge on my master card, It is deeply concerning that I am still being billed months after properly canceling my membership. I of course handled this with my bank, however they did reiterate this is poor business practice still charging me after cancellation - this was approved by Hotworx LoHi to charge me. Sounds like retaliation for leaving an honest review.
