Jesse Cai Pilates Studio (Chinatown)

Jesse was an incredible instructor. With years of chiropractic training, insightful musculoskeletal knowledge that's accessibly imparted, and his thoughtful and intentional approach, I learned more about my body's strengths and weaknesses, and possible interventions to address the weaknesses. He explained and guided me very clearly and patiently - I've taken more away from one private session with him than all the pilates classes I've ever atrended so far. I also find it incredible how he offers these sessions for free out of good will, to give back to the wider community, with no strings attached. I appreciate your heart to give, and look forward to finding ways of working together some day! Bonus: Two adorable kitties!!

Jesse changed my whole idea and look about pilates, did not know how useful it could be for rehabilitation and fixing weaknesses and stability issues, really happy to have visited him for a session :)
