  I left my comment on classpass but somehow it’s not there anymore. The studio is easy to get to, which is a plus. That said, I personally found the layout quite awkward. While the reformers face the mirror, most of the class was done with our backs facing it, which made it impossible to check form throughout the workout. Unfortunately, there was also very little form correction from the instructor. For a class labelled as beginner, I found this concerning. I’ve been doing Pilates for a while now, and even from my perspective, the pace and movements didn’t feel suitable for beginners especially without hands-on guidance or cues to ensure proper alignment. Overall, the accessibility is great, but the class structure and instruction didn’t quite match what was advertised. Plus the credits to attend this class ain’t cheap.

  Felt that instructor Sophia could have been more welcoming for first timers. Didn't get greeted when I entered the studio, but class was ok, tad bit challenging for a first timer. The class my sis went to, the instructor was much better.

  Attended the class for a morning session today! Maeve was super attentive and nice, she gave her utmost attention to each of us and helped us adjust our positions according- her instructions and demonstrations were crystal clear as well. As this was my very first ever pilates class, it was such an amazing experience and I would definitely be back for more!
