The New Place (TNP) Yoga Studio

As with the reply below, they are not asking the manager to call me. It is a pity, they do have good pilates instructors. The New Place, please contact me as the Customer Service simply refused to let me talk to her manager on my package. And they delete Instagram posts. The instructors are very good in general. It was fun with them. But when I got injured, fractured my ankle to be clear, and asked for extension, the service was short of ideal. Until now, she still refused to let the manager call me, citing "Management has limited availability, so before I escalate this further, I need to provide them with a clear reason for the escalation and the resolution you are seeking." It is easier to find a VP of a bank then The New Place's management. The Admin side needs to improve. Please email me.

I really like the options of different classes. The instructors are friendly and professional. There was no awkwardness for my 1st lesson at all my different classes.

I signed up for the trial 10 classes I thought it was horrible cos it was always very packed like around 16-20 person, Aircon was hot, place doesn't have easy parking. I quickly finished my trial and did not continue. Oh by the way I did tell them the aerial yoga injured my shoulders they just said maybe I should just not go for the aerial and finish up using the normal yoga. One year later they still regularly spamming my phone with TNP yoga promo. Seriously I had injured myself attending their yoga class cos too many students and instructor was unable to attend to the students. Anyway I really hope you all stop spamming promos to old users who disliked your practice and left.
