I’m so grateful to have completed my YIC200 course with Master Hritesh. What I really appreciated was his patience, knowledge and passion for teaching. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, and he always encouraged us to observe, experience and understand rather than simply memorise. This journey has given me a deeper understanding of yoga and also encouraged me to look at myself from a different perspective. I’m very thankful for everything I learned and experienced throughout the course. Thank you, Master Hritesh, for sharing your knowledge and making this YIC200 journey such a meaningful one. 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️ Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn yoga beyond just the physical practice.
