  KX Balwyn North are Simply the best! I have recently completed over 100 classes with this studio and each time has been an absolute pleasure. All of the instructors are extremely knowledgable, motivating and genuine. They create a supportive, judgement free atmosphere where everyone is welcome despite ability level. This culture rubs off onto the clients attending class who are all very friendly and encouraging. Unlike some other pilates studios I have tried, each KX class offers a proper full body work out. They also ensure the entirety of class time (50 mins) is dedicated to the workout (time to stretch/cool down happens before and after class). Parking is easy and there are plenty of classes on offer that vary by ability level. Highly recommend!
