  Helen was absolutely brilliant with my friend Gwyneth and I who are real beginners at pilates. She made us feel at ease and we had complete faith in her one to two class. She had so much patience with us. We would love to join her group class if any spaces became available

  As a complete Pilates novice, Helen was always patient and extremely kind carefully explaining and demonstrating where necessary the basic/beginners exercises. The whole experience was very beneficial.
