  I had my first Reformer Pilates class at Equinim today and had a really great experience. Alex was fantastic—very attentive, knowledgeable, and clear with her instructions throughout the class. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning and took the time to explain and correct the movements when needed. I really enjoyed the class and felt very well guided throughout. It was a great first experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The most gorgeous little studio in Bromley, with the most INCREDIBLE yoga and Matt teachers! Such a welcoming environment and community for anyone whose new, returning to practise or seasoned yogi. Honestly the highlight of my week - couldn’t survive without them! Perfect balance of mindfulness as well as challenging work out depending on your mood - it’s a really inclusive environment with something for everyone. Big Love for Shi and the whole team x x x
