I LOVE Melisa’s class hot Pilates I’ve been going just for her! Motivates me to get up early in the morning and start my day with hot Pilates 🤍 10/10 best instructor & such a sweet girl. Venue is also located conveniently in Mayfair and easy to get to with decent changing rooms.

I was really looking forward to this class, so it was disappointing to arrive only to be told that it had been cancelled. I hadn’t received any notice beforehand, and unfortunately there was no one from the Pilates studio around to help, although the members of the boxing club were very kind and helped me figure out what was going on. I’m hesitant to book again without confidence that they'll communicate cancellations in advance.
