  I booked a Pilates class while visiting London for one day. A few days later, the studio cancelled all classes that day, including mine. I’ve contacted them numerous times over the past two months requesting a refund, as I won’t be returning to London, but have received no response to resolve this. Very disappointing customer service and communication.

  Joanna is of the best Pilates instructors I have come across. If you want to feel the all your hard work from class then she is your girl! She is so considerate towards each individual, explains every movement properly and remembers names! She is absolutely amazing and every time I see her teaching I make sure I cancel every plans to attend x

  Honestly not a challenging class and the studio itself is not terribly clean. Bit of a waste of money. Teacher was nice enough but very meh. Much better studios in London with more challenging flows.
