  I arrived just 6 minutes late and was not allowed to join the class. I was genuinely disappointed because what should have been a nice and enjoyable experience was completely ruined because of this. It was my first time coming to the location, and I was trying to find the place, which caused the slight delay. I completely understand the importance of being on time, but 6 minutes feels extremely unreasonable, especially when I was already there and trying to locate the venue. People have jobs and other commitments that’s how we afford to pay for these classes in the first place. I don’t think it’s fair for a paying customer to lose out on the experience over a 6-minute delay, particularly when it was my first visit. I’m really disappointed with how this was handled and would appreciate it if you could look into this and offer a reasonable resolution.

  Blackwall studio was the first studio I went to, and I really appreciate the spaciousness of the studio! Especially for inversions and drills, it gives sufficient space to practice and learn to bail out / do partner work.

  I arrived at 7:01 and the door was still open. The teacher came over and stopped me in the doorway - I explained my bus had been on diversion and she told me I had to leave. I offered to not check in & pay the late fee but stay for class and she told me I had to leave. I appreciate there is a late policy, but it would have been less disruptive to the class to let me take a mat at the back than kick me out, and made no sense at all, especially when I offered to pay. The other criticisms of the studio are accurate, but I accepted those issues because it was so much cheaper than elsewhere, but this experience really made no sense at all. Given they charge a very high £12 per missed class as a subscriber, they should do everything possible to avoid charging customers where they arrive when the door is still open and class has not yet properly begun.
