I really love the studio and feel like this place is so special for the sunset! The instructors are wonderful and knowledgeable and the space is very clean. I joined the one month unlimited package because I was looking for a new studio. Knocked off a star because I felt like the prices for a membership don’t reflect what you can get out of the studio right now. I was really excited to find a place that offered mat Pilates but unfortunately the times that are available are during normal working hours so it would be impossible to get my money’s worth, and the classes are hit or miss on difficulty. I look for more challenging classes and want to leave sweating, but some of the classes seemed more beginner and didn’t challenge me the way I expected. Would love to give it another shot in the future if more class times became available and maybe classes that involved more strength or modifications from the instructors to help make workouts more challenging!

I’ve been a member here for the past year and absolutely love this studio. It has such a warm, welcoming community vibe, and it feels like a particularly supportive place for women in the outer sunset. I especially recommend the Power and Vinyasa classes. They have fantastic instructors and their classes are challenging, fun, and thoughtfully taught. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend!

Located on Noriega between Gus’s and Sunset Dunes, this studio has become my go-to place for gentle practice and mindfulness. They offer a wonderful variety of classes—restorative yoga, yin, vinyasa, longevity, core strong, and pilates—led by skilled and thoughtful instructors (Annabelle, Danae, Cindy, Inne, Robin, Lizzy, and others). Monthly unlimited yoga membership costs less than a massage, yet the benefits extend far beyond the session itself. Through regular practice I’ve noticed HUGE improvements in my mood, sleep, posture, back pain, and overall stress relief. The space also feels more calm and peaceful than your average yoga studio. There are plenty of places you can go to sweat—but this special place is where you go to find wholeness for mind, body and soul.
