I joined XCore during a really difficult time in my life, and I’m so grateful I did. Pilates has helped me feel stronger, more confident, and more like myself again. XCore has been such a positive part of my journey, and I’m so thankful for this community! 🤍

After membership 2 month later, from 1-3-5 star for google review. I have to say x- core all instructor did rly good job 👏 earned all respect 🫡. Thank you all! I will continue to training in x-core ! 🤗🥰 Hi XCORE Team, This was my first time attending an XCORE Community Event, and I wanted to share some feedback about my experience today. At 11:49 AM, I arrived at the Ocean Avenue Studio because I wanted to check in for my reservation. When I tried to check in, I noticed that my name wasn’t on the instructor’s check-in list, so I asked the instructor, Sarah, why my reservation wasn’t showing up. Sarah explained that this reservation was actually a Community Event (CORE Connections Walk Club) rather than a regular workout class. I told her that it was completely fine. I had recently moved to the neighborhood, so I thought it would actually be a great opportunity to meet new people and connect with the community. She then told me that the group was meeting at Great Hwy & Sloat, so I headed there right away. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find the group. I spent about 20 minutes walking around the area looking for the event, but there were no signs, no designated meeting point, and no way to identify where the group had gathered. After looking back at my reservation, I realized why I had been confused. Although the class description explains that it is a walk club, the reservation page does not provide a specific meeting location or address. The class name simply says “Great Hwy + Sloat,” which is a very large area. As a first-time participant, I had no way of knowing the exact meeting point. I think these Community Events are a wonderful idea, and I would love to attend more of them. However, I think the experience for new members could be greatly improved by including: * The exact meeting address or a Google Maps pin. * A clear meeting point (for example, “Meet in front of…” or “Meet at the northwest corner of…”). * Instructions on how to identify the instructors or group. * A reminder that this is a Community Event rather than a studio workout class. I really appreciate Sarah taking the time to explain everything to me. My feedback is simply intended to help improve the experience for future first-time participants so they can easily find the group and enjoy the event. Thank you for your time, and I hope this feedback is helpful. Best, ( after one of instructor Laura replied my msg on instagram. Thanks her answer my questions)
