    This is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming studio with very friendly staff. The Gentle Vibes Yin + Restorative yoga class with Katie felt great, just like after watching an episode of Ted Lasso.

    Instructors are kind, knowledgable, and encourage modifications based on your ability/needs. Environment is very calming and comfortable. I always leave in better shape than I came in.
