My sessions with Ann-Marie are a highlight of my week! She is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely about her students and their progress. Her lesson plans are crafted with care and always perfectly tailored to my needs. Thanks to her, I have a solid meditation practice and a deeper understanding of yoga beyond studio classes and poses. Plus, she is a joy to hang out with :) I’m so grateful that I get to work with her!

I am a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, and after many years of practicing yoga and learning from a wide range of teachers, I wanted to take private sessions to deepen my own practice and learn from someone with more years of teaching experience than I have. I had a large pool of teachers to choose from, so I am especially glad that I chose Ann Marie. I have some injuries and mobility limitations from dancing for many years, and Ann Marie has been wonderful about working with my body exactly as it is. She is warm, supportive, and kind, while also encouraging me to explore and go deeper into poses in a way that feels safe and appropriate for me. What I particularly appreciate is her ability to balance encouragement with respect for my limitations. I always feel supported rather than pushed, and I leave each session feeling that I have learned something new about my practice and my body. As both a longtime yoga practitioner and a teacher myself, I highly recommend Ann Marie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive teacher.

Calm, balanced, positive; does custom yoga with my elderly mother. My mother always remembers “Titanic pose.” Always takes time to chat afterward. Bless.
