  Honestly a really good community with a variety of teachers and vibes. The Saturday morning extended practice with Bethany (the owner) is an especially sweet environment for those who love a packed yoga community with high energy, and a great teacher. Anyone with an existing vinyasa style practice who likes the heat will probably find something to enjoy though. I would generally say the teachers make it accessible to those who are newer to yoga, with strong cueing, and thoughtful physical adjustments.
