  Booked 9:30am class through ClassPass, showed up 15 minutes before - studio is closed. Waited for another 10 mins before contacting ClassPass and they refunded immediately. Still no one showed up. If the class was cancelled why didn’t I get the memo? What a waste of time

  They were entirely out of all towels including mat towels sweat towels and shower towels and were super rude about it when I asked for them (person with a mask was especially rude), also the studio smells like sweat so bad
