  Allison is an absolutely incredible yoga instructor! The number of people who show up to each and every one of her classes speaks for itself. She is incredibly knowledgeable, brings a wonderful energy, and always has an amazing playlist that makes every class even more enjoyable!! What truly sets her apart is her grace and kindness. It is truly a joy to attend her classes, and I can't recommend her highly enough!!!

  The staff here are very rude and entitled. The girls working at the desk stare at you like you're from a different planet. Even the instructor was rude and entitled the entire time. Also, the bathrooms are NOT clean, it does not feel sanitary in there. If I were you I would not recommend this place.
