  I had my 2nd Essential Yin Yoga class on Monday night, with Instructor Corrinna who was out of this world! I thought the first class was amazing, but I relaxed more in this class. Corrinna has this natural calmness and gently guides you from one pose into another, explaining the target areas as she goes. I haven't a clue with the poses, I get my left and rights confused, and my arms and legs mixed up (lol) but somehow it just seem to work. My mind was so free, I can't really explain it but I hadn't felt that relaxed for a very long time. I couldn't believe how quickly the class went, absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much, I can't wait for my next class 🙏
