I've been attending classes only for a week so far, but every class I've been to has made me feel welcome and excited for the next one. I love the space - very aesthetic studio. Great instructors. The class size makes a huge difference too 😊

Yoga Grove offers a variety of different classes. I feel grateful to have found Yoga Grove after the pandemic. With the small class sizes I was able to find the support and encouragement I needed to reconnect with my yoga practice. Fast forward to today where my yoga practice has grown and now consists of two classes, an Ashtanga class with Leeay Aikawa and a Strength class with Christine Felstead. LEEAY is a dedicated and focused yoga teacher. Due to the small class sizes she is able to help each of us grow in our own Ashtanga practice, challenging and encouraging us while maintaining a safe and calm environment. Strength class was new to me but within a short period of time I realized how yoga and strength training totally compliment each other. CHRISTINE is an inspirational and supportive teacher, I have learnt so much from her strength classes in the past few months and love how that work relates to a stronger yoga practice.

I've been going for a couple years. Consistently great sessions, good variety of yoga levels, schedule etc. but also, and most importantly, great instructors. Thank you, Leeay Aikawa.
