  Maura is a gifted yoga teacher. Her classes are very welcoming, friendly and range from completely calming to challenging and energetic. I'd recommend her classes to anyone, I was not a yogi before starting them but have been grateful to make it one of my favourite things to do now. I recently completed 10 of her pregnancy yoga classes too which have been an absolute blessing. She helps all mum's to be to move, breathe and build strength through all stages of pregnancy and provides a special space to connect to your baby. Thanks for everything Maura!
