I got the intro offer to try a mixture of classes. The Pilates was good but a lot of time was spent on stretching out of the class, would have preferred more core & ab work. One big negative is that the mats smelled really bad - literally smelled like feet every time I went into the studio. Otherwise, it was a nice studio, modern and the staff are welcoming

Tatiana is an AMAZING instructor her classes are always perfectly balanced while still being challenging! Highly highly recommend 😍😍

I have done a hot Pilates class here which was great, but I did a reformer Pilates class recently, the class itself was good but just felt very on top of the other clients, there is so much space in that room and I don’t understand why it’s not used for the reformers , instead of being cramped together at the back
