I would love to recommend this wonderful studio—it's a shame I can only give it 5 stars! As a complete beginner with no prior experience and zero exercise for six months, I was nervous about keeping up. But you get so busy tuning into your own body that you don't even have time to notice anyone else—it actually keeps you motivated seeing everyone work hard! 😂 Both Ayca and Cristina are fantastic instructors. Just three weeks in, I went from once a week to twice, and even tried barre. I'm definitely growing stronger in both body and mind. They always carefully check your posture, so you can train with complete peace of mind. The people who come here are all so lovely, making every class feel welcoming. I keep thinking, "Thank you, past me, for hitting that booking button" ♥. It has truly added so much joy to my life in Dublin.

I took classes both with Christina and Ayca, and I must say I’m totally thrilled with both of them! Both of them are excellent in explaining the technic, finding alternatives if some of the movements are not good for you, listening to and attentive to you. Highly recommending this studio. P.S. Ayca is more hardcore, if you like challenges and moving your borders a little more then usual - you should definitely choose her 🙂↕️

Highly recommend! Bright & clean studio with lovely interior. Ayca is such an amazing instructor, she's extremely helpful, friendly and experienced. She'd carefully attend to everyone individually and make you feel comfortable. Her classes are super welcoming & warm, you feel like you already know everybody which is not something you'd get in any pilates class.
