A friendly, intimate and supportive studio. Kelly's dynamic strength class on a Tuesday is excellent for those looking for a more challenging class. There's lots of variety each week and she brings a sense of warmth, fun and positivity which is infectious. It supplements a strength routine brilliantly. 10/10
I went to Breathing Space for the Baby & Me reformer course with Kelly. The classes are really welcoming and a great way to ease back into exercise while being able to bring your baby along. Kelly is so friendly, knowledgeable, and always offers support and adjustments when needed depending on what stage of recovery/post partum different people in the class are at. It's been amazing to have some time to focus on movement and strength in a space that feels genuinely baby-friendly and understanding. There's also a great coffee spot nearby that people usually go to after class. I'd definitely recommend it to other postnatal mums/carers looking for a postpartum class.
I completed my Pre & Post Natal training with Rachel at Breathing Space. The course was brilliant and so informative, Rachel was able to answer any questions we had with great clarity. I would highly recommend this course to any reformer instructors looking to upskill.
