About

yogahub Smithfield is a Pilates and yoga studio in Stoneybatter, best known in reviews for its reformer classes. Members describe challenging but adaptable sessions where teachers explain movements clearly and adjust exercises for injuries. Michelle is praised for her Pilates and barre classes, Leo for his attention to people's needs, and Katie for her morning reformer class and patient explanations. Several reviewers say Pilates here has eased back, shoulder or hip problems. The studio is described as spotless and spacious, and suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike. The recurring criticism concerns customer service: two reviewers describe unanswered emails, and one a refund request for an unused pass that went nowhere, although they praise the classes and teachers.

Ava Louise Devine is genuinely one of the best instructors I’ve ever trained with. I first did her Pilates class at YogaHub in Point Square, and I enjoyed it so much that I’m now doing her classes in Smithfield as well. What really makes Ava stand out is the way she teaches. She breaks every movement and posture down so clearly that even when something is challenging, you understand exactly what you’re supposed to be doing and why. She makes the whole class feel comfortable, accessible and enjoyable while still giving you a seriously good workout. Her attention to technique, posture and the little details is unreal, and you can tell she genuinely cares about people learning properly rather than just trying to keep up with the class. I’ve trained in different sports and with many coaches over the years, and Ava is easily one of the best teachers I’ve come across. Brilliant energy, incredibly knowledgeable and an unreal coach. Couldn’t recommend her classes enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
